"Horrible experience dealing with the company. I bought a treadmill and exercise bike 5 years ago. Lost the AC adapter for the bike. Called them up and spoke with Kavit. He refused to help or provide any specs. My mother sent an email to them also but no reply! I then managed to figure out specs via chatgpt and ordered from Amazon. Then I called them up again to service treadmill and bike. He asked for 2900 rupees to be paid in advance for the service. Who does that???? I told him send the service technician and I will pay digitally but he insisted this is their standard policy! Wow! Just wowwwwwwwwwwww! Such a greedy crooked company it seems! Beware of buying products from them!"

Their sales team is full of empty promises, and their post-sales service is pathetic beyond words. Despite multiple follow-ups, they shamelessly ignore service requests — clearly waiting for the product warranty to expire just so they can push their overpriced AMC. The product quality is absolute garbage — cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near what was promised. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to deliver used, defective benches under the excuse of being “temporary,” and guess what? They never replaced them. Clearly, lying to customers is just part of their business model. If you’re even thinking about buying a single machine from them, don’t waste your money. Go with any reputed Indian brand — you’ll get far better quality and actual customer support, unlike this company."
